    Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Remote or rural areas may take additional time.


4. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship only within India.

  • International shipping is not available, unless explicitly stated.


5. Order Tracking

  • You can track your shipment using the courier partner’s tracking link.


6. Courier & Logistics Partners

We use trusted third-party courier and logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery of orders.

8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

  • We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address details.


9. Damaged or Missing Packages

  • If you receive a damaged package, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos.

  • For missing packages, allow up to 48 hours after the expected delivery date before contacting us.
